Buying on eBay is not always easy. You have thousands of sellers all selling the same product, each one has slightly different terms to the same. You also have to wade through the feedback to figure out if you should buy from them.
From a sellers standpoint, we are trying very hard to convey that we are honest sellers. By doing this, I think it shows. Here are some of the latest feedback we have got:
- Great Seller! Very friendly and polite. Fast shipping. VERY highly recommended!
- Item arrived super fast and works perfectly. Fantastic seller!
- Super fast shipping, GREAT communication…would buy from you again!!! THANKS!!!
- Very honest seller; went the extra mile to address issues! Highly recommended!!!
- Amazing seller, fast shipment, product works great.
So as you can see, I am trying to focus on:
- Fast shipping
- Communication
- Being Honest
- Making the customer happy, even at on our dime
So we can actually learn a great deal about how good of a seller they are based on the words used. So we can break this up into 4 categories of words:
- Positive words
- Negative words
- Neutral words
Fortunately there is a easy tool that you can download to help you get a clue into the inner workings of an eBay seller’s feedback. It’s called “GBS eBay Feedback Lookup”. You can download it here
I ran this tool on our eBay feedback and Came out with:
- 59 Positives and 0 negatives and neutrals.
You should be in the clear if you see no negitives or neutrals. If you do see some, then check to see if it’s a one time occurance or if there is a re-occuring problem with this seller.
